Motorhome manufacturers have definitely limited what you can use with their door designs. All of the standard sized units we currently offer have the exhaust located towards the top in the middle so they wouldn't work well with your motorhome's door. The only other option that would work besides cutting out a new exhaust hole in the door would be to swap to a unit like the Excel RV Tankless Water Heater # EX93FR, which doesn't require a vent to the outside.

You should be just fine replacing your two roof vents with the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent # FV803350 since these fit the standard 14-1/4 x 14-1/4-inch RV roof opening size. Since you are replacing two 12V powered vents with two similar units your existing switch should work but the air direction and thermostat functions will be operable on the new fan units themselves.
